Planning Board public hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to RSA 675:6 & 7, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing 

on November 14, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Offices on 

proposed amendments to the Site Plan Review Regulations and 

Subdivision Regulations. The effect of the proposed amendments will be to:

  • Bring site plan and subdivision application procedures into compliance with state RSAs
  • Eliminate inconsistencies in procedural language
  • Establish criteria for activities not subject to site plan review
  • Establish criteria for expedited review of site plan
  • Include additional guidelines for determining the necessity for site plan review
A full copy of the text of the proposed amendments is available for review at 

the Town Offices during regular business hours.
